Lead by Culinary Director Brandon Chin, originating from Melbourne, Australia, Snitch boasts a menu that perfectly balances the best contemporary western and local cuisine with Australian influence, fresh produce and honest simplicity.

The interior styling at Snitch is housed across two sections – the indoor section with a view into the action of the open kitchen, and the outdoor section with soaring ceilings and alfresco seating for diners to come together over a common love for one of life’s most simple and enduring pleasures – to feast with great company.
